The obstacles in attaining the requirements of DAO 2016-08 are manifold. Current effluent technology is difficult to implement, expensive and requires much space.

The Green-Tech system is the solution to these problems. We utilize the patented invention of Engr. Bruce Davies (WO 1995021795 A1) – the electro-catalytic dissolved oxygen generator that eliminates the need for bulky, expensive, complex and maintenance intensive equipment. The cost also is very much lower compared to the commercial aeration projects now in use.
The dangers also of falling into open ponds or catching a finger or clothing into operating machinery is eliminated.

Through electrolysis, water molecules are broken apart and the resulting oxygen goes directly into dissolved state. This counteracts the depleted dissolved oxygen necessary to support aquatic and marine life. The invention also scrubs or removes contaminants from the water.
